Ginger Lemon Tea - 1oz.

TEA BREWING INSTRUCTIONS :

1. Boil herbs with bottled water
2. Let boil for 5-8 minutes
3. Leave overnight to steep
4. Strain next day (the longer it soaks the more potent it becomes)

HERBAL TEAS:

• 1-ounce herbs make Half a Gallon
• 2 ounce herbs is One Gallon

Powders: For smoothie or juice consistency (NOT TEA)
